What you'll do

Implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows in large-scale distributed environments to enable zero-downtime deployments.
Scale microservice-based platforms across multiple geographic regions using Kubernetes and automated scaling solutions.
Lead cross-functional DevOps projects from inception to completion while measuring outcomes against clear KPIs.
Advocate for automation across the infrastructure stack using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
Integrate AI-assisted tooling, copilots, and AIOps into CI/CD workflows and incident response processes.
Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps technologies to increase system resilience and reduce operational overhead.
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 7 years of DevOps experience.
Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience.
PhD plus 1 year of related experience.
2+ years of scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience working in Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Github, or ArgoCD (preferred).
