The AI Operations Engineer joins a small team of developers supporting vulnerability tracking and disclosure processes. You will develop production APIs, design scaling strategies based on compute performance, and craft feedback loops to improve the correctness of agentic actions. The position requires proficiency in Python, experience with commercial foundation models like GPT, Claude, and Gemini, and skills in RAG, embeddings, and structured outputs. You will utilize tools including LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, SQL, and CI/CD. This work directly addresses the technical challenge of automating complex security vulnerability analysis and improving information services for customers.

What you'll do

Develop, build, and operate agentic AI workflows for security vulnerability analysis.
Evaluate the performance of system outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Locate new data sources and craft feedback loops to improve agentic actions.
Design scaling strategies and infrastructure based on compute performance evaluations.
Partner with vulnerability analysts to validate AI-generated outputs.
Incorporate AI enhancements into existing tools to improve team workflows and customer services.
Build and implement production APIs and services powered by large language models.

What we're looking for

4+ years of professional software-development experience, including the design and delivery of applications powered by large language models.
Proficiency in Python and experience developing production APIs and services.
Experience using commercial foundation models, implementing RAG, embeddings, structured outputs, and agentic workflows.
Experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, SQL/data systems, Git, CI/CD, and observability tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical rigor (or equivalent professional experience) (preferred).
Certifications in or proven experience working in computer security or vulnerability management (preferred).
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks, and LLM observability platforms (preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and MCP; or equivalent (preferred).
