Senior AI Integration Engineer - Contract joins the Data & Analytics organization to design, build, and expand an integration framework connecting Large Language Models with a corporate data ecosystem. Working within the Corporate Payments line of business, this role involves developing a C#/.NET-based Model Context Protocol and API connectivity framework to enable secure, scalable interactions between AI platforms and Microsoft Fabric environments, including semantic models and data warehouses. The engineer will build reusable components, implement MCP servers, and create authentication mechanisms for LLM access to internal tools. Key technologies include C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Azure services, and integration with OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude. The role addresses the technical challenge of creating governed, orchestrated connections between advanced AI models and complex analytical data structures like Lakehouses and Power BI Semantic Models.
