Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer, Assistant Vice President joins the Automation/Artificial Intelligence team to drive transformational AI across various business processes and functions. This role involves leading GenAI and Agentic AI projects through full-stack development and architecture expertise while collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers. Lead the development and architecture of GenAI and Agentic AI projects from inception to completion.
Design and implement automated solutions to improve business process efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to assess feasibility and drive automation strategies.
Drive the rollout and deployment of self-service technology platforms for internal users.
Create technical artifacts, including design documents and JIRA stories, to support future state execution.
Design end-state solutions that utilize the latest automation offerings and cloud-native technologies.
Manage the model lifecycle, version control, and quality control for all AI/ML products.
Present and review solution designs with Enterprise Architecture to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in technology development or consulting on large-scale implementations in the consulting or financial services industry.
Expertise in Python, FastAPI, Unix, Docker, Postgres, LangChain/LangGraph, Kubernetes, Databricks, API Management, AWS, and Azure.
Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications using specific tools like Azure Foundry, OpenAI, Document Intelligence, and various AWS services.
Experience developing Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions, including fine-tuning, model selection, evaluation, and inferencing.
Proficiency in Agile development methodology and CI/CD tools such as GIT and Maven.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
