Senior AI Cloud Platform Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the development, implementation, and operation of GenAI Cloud platforms.
• Build and deploy self-service tools for developers to create and operate AI applications.
• Write and build continuous delivery pipelines to automate the lifecycle of platform components.
• Manage and operate the infrastructure as a service layer for hosted and cloud-based platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot availability and performance issues across hardware, network, and application layers.
• Maintain and enhance the existing Terraform codebase using infrastructure as code principles.
• Execute proof-of-concept projects and deliver solution briefings for GenAI analytics platforms.
• Lead post-mortem activities to identify systemic solutions and improve platform operational policies.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Google Vertex AI.
• Experience and skills with Azure Application and AI services.
• Experience in Terraform development.
• Knowledge of consuming large language model (LLM) and Foundational model APIs.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Agentic and AI open-source ecosystem (preferred).
• Experience with AWS bedrock (preferred).
• 3 or more years of experience (preferred).
• Must be able to submit to a background investigation.
