Senior AI Engineer, Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics, Senior Vice President

What you'll do

• Translate stakeholder pain points into a technical vision and product roadmap for the agentic AI platform.
• Identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact use cases for the credit risk model development lifecycle.
• Lead the architectural design of scalable systems including RAG, orchestration, and tool integration.
• Perform hands-on software development to build foundational components and complex technical proofs-of-concept.
• Implement secure integrations with internal data sources, external APIs, and various Large Language Models.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, logging, and monitoring frameworks for mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while overseeing architectural decisions and agile development processes.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and the delivery of key platform milestones.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping complex, scalable software systems to production.
• Demonstrable experience in AI agentic solutions for data analysis, documentation, and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic patterns.
• Proven experience leading a software development team with technical mentorship and architectural guidance.
• Deep proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Experience in the financial services industry or risk management context (preferred).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, Java, or C++ (preferred).
