What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience driving AI-assisted development practices and developer productivity transformation at scale.
  • Experience in technical leadership, architecture, or team enablement roles.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and API-first integration.
  • Full-stack development expertise with Java/J2EE or similar stack and UI frameworks.
  • Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Digital Solutions, or the P&C insurance domain (preferred).
  • Prior exposure to Guidewire implementations or Jutro Digital Platform (preferred).
