What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
Proven experience driving AI-assisted development practices and developer productivity transformation at scale.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and API-first integration.
Full-stack development expertise including Java/J2EE or similar stacks and UI frameworks.
Experience in the insurance domain or on enterprise platforms (preferred).
Prior exposure to Guidewire implementations and Digital Solutions (preferred).
