Senior Agentic AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to support mission-critical business use cases.
• Develop agentic AI workflows that can reason over tasks, use tools, and execute multi-step processes.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Integrate modern AI capabilities such as RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs into applications.
• Develop clean, maintainable Python code following established best practices and coding standards.
• Establish reproducible environments using CI/CD workflows and container-based deployments like Docker.
• Evaluate agentic systems for accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, and operational suitability.
• Integrate APIs and external tools to enable AI capabilities within larger software systems.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Must have 10 or more years of related experience.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries is required.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and agentic AI workflows is required.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, containerization tools like Docker, and Git version control is required.
• TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
