What you'll do

Build an agentic harness platform to enable teams to create, evaluate, orchestrate, and operate AI products at scale.
Implement core capabilities including model APIs, MCP servers, semantic retrieval, and safety guardrails for reliable agent performance.
Develop scalable platform APIs and infrastructure to support the deployment of production-ready agentic applications.
Provide reusable services, patterns, and technical guidance to internal product teams and developers.
Integrate Anthropic APIs and Claude capabilities including tool use, structured outputs, and prompt caching into workflows.
Design and maintain systems for task planning, tool routing, traceability, and production observability.
Solve complex engineering problems related to agentic systems, memory, and workflow automation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience building intelligent platforms, agentic systems, or developer-facing infrastructure for evaluation and orchestration.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python including their respective tooling ecosystems.
Experience designing scalable platform APIs and integrations for safe and efficient agentic applications.
Hands-on experience with Anthropic APIs and Claude model capabilities like tool use and structured outputs.
Strong understanding of agentic harness concepts such as task planning, guardrails, and production observability.
Ability to demonstrate strong system design skills and ownership of end-to-end engineering solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with multi-functional and distributed teams.
