What you'll do

Discover and exploit GenAI security vulnerabilities end-to-end to assess AI systems and models.
Manage product group stakeholders as primary collaborators for operational sprints.
Drive clarity on communication and reporting for red teaming peers when working with product groups.
Develop methodologies and techniques to scale and accelerate AI Red Teaming in emerging threat areas.
Work with offensive security engineers and adversarial ML experts to execute responsible AI operations.
Red team AI frontier and foundational models across Microsoft’s AI portfolio.
Coach developers on how to mitigate security and safety risks found during testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience, Master's degree and 1+ year of experience, or a Doctorate.
Ability to pass Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud background checks.
Demonstrated cybersecurity and agents testing experience.
Experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, or anomaly detection (preferred).
Penetration testing qualifications such as GPEN/GXPN, GWAPT, OSCP/OSCE, or CRT/CCT/CCSAS (preferred).
Experience using penetration testing tools like Kali Linux, Burpsuite, Nmap, and Nessus (preferred).
Familiarity with Python, C#, C/C++, or PowerShell (preferred).
Experience testing agents (preferred).
