What you'll do

Discover and exploit end-to-end security vulnerabilities in Generative AI systems and models.
Stress test high-risk AI products including Bing Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Office Copilot.
Develop new methodologies to scale and accelerate AI red teaming in emerging threat areas.
Manage product group stakeholders as primary collaborators during operational sprints.
Communicate and report findings clearly to peers and product teams to inform business decisions.
Coach developers on how to mitigate identified risks in testing environments.
Collaborate with offensive security engineers and adversarial ML experts to execute responsible AI operations.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 1+ year of experience, or a Doctorate is required.
Equivalent experience to the specified degrees is accepted.
Ability to pass Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background checks is required.
Experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, or anomaly detection (preferred).
Penetration testing certifications such as GPEN/GXPN, GWAPT, OSCP/OSCE, CRT/CCT/CCSAS (preferred).
Participation in bug bounties or CTFs (preferred).
Experience using common penetration testing tools like Kali Linux, Burpsuite, Nmap, and Nessus (preferred).
Familiarity with Python, C#, C/C++, or PowerShell; experience testing agents is preferred.
