Security Infrastructure Support and Data Pipeline Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade cybersecurity systems across Windows and Linux environments hosted in AWS.
• Manage the architecture and operation of critical security platforms, including Splunk SIEM and Cribl data pipelines.
• Ensure reliable data flows, system performance, and security posture for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Perform system configuration, patching, server maintenance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support outage response and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Translate real-world customer needs into technical specifications for engineering solutions.
• Implement and manage log routing, filtering, transformation, and normalization for various log formats.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting Enterprise IT systems.
• 5+ years of experience at the senior engineer-level or higher.
• 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity tools or SIEM implementation and administration.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure, cloud security (AWS, Azure, O365), CI/CD tools, and federal compliance frameworks like FISMA and NIST.
• Experience with SIEM solutions, data collection tools, log routing, and knowledge of formats like CEF, LEEF, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to write complex queries using languages like Splunk or SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Cybersecurity.
