What you'll do

  • Provide technical sales and marketing support for secure data and voice encryption products.
  • Perform feasibility studies, benchmarking, and capacity planning to identify customer system needs.
  • Develop custom recommendations for system configurations and installation planning.
  • Prepare and present technical product briefs and information to potential customers.
  • Support the preparation and submission of responses for requests for proposal (RFP).
  • Implement detailed customer installations and conduct follow-up engagements to ensure effective product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation in products.
  • Conduct market research to determine requirements for future products and potential partner relationships.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
  • 8 years of job-related experience or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience with secure communication networks including HAIPE, EDE, VoIP, ISDN, Analog, SCIP, or SATCOM.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one discipline of secure communications with strong knowledge in adjacent fields.
  • Proficiency in networking design and principles for secure networks.
  • Experience with high speed encryption, IDS/IPS systems, cloud security architectures, and network management tools (preferred).
