Secrets Management Senior Engineer - Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Plan and develop end-to-end engineering solutions to achieve specific business goals.
• Build reliability and resilience into solutions through rigorous testing and reviewing throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure all engineering solutions are maintainable, reusable, and well-architected for business process integration.
• Resolve complex technical events and issues across overlapping technology areas.
• Manage machine-to-machine authentication and authorization through a central secrets management capability.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and solve business problems while ensuring ethical data use.
• Automate processes using DevOps practices and CI/CD tools to enhance productivity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in software development and integration of highly available and scalable software products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, or Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and DevOps processes with a focus on automation.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows while ensuring ethical and responsible data use.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience in information security, specifically identity and access management and secrets management (preferred).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Ansible (preferred).
