Senior Manager, SecOps Modernization & Agentic SOC

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from initial assessment through design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing plans, and playbook frameworks for client environments.
• Oversee the integration of security platforms including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and NDR into broader programs.
• Implement detection-as-code practices by managing Sigma rules and building CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Advise clients on securing AI systems against specific threats like prompt injection and model poisoning.
• Drive sales opportunities by contributing to RFIs, proposals, and the creation of Statements of Work.
• Develop and mentor junior team members while creating new security operation assets and methodologies.
• Translate complex technical security requirements into clear business narratives for C-suite executives.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on any leading SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI, Agentic coding, AI architecture, or AI governance framework.
• Experience designing, optimizing, and assessing log ingestion architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience in business development, including $2M+ in annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Advanced credentials such as GCIA, GDET, GCIH, CISSP, CISM, or similar executive-level certifications (preferred).
