Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory

What you'll do

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures based on real enterprise experience to reduce risk and cost.
• Create business cases for CIO audiences to translate complex operational transformations into clear strategic visions.
• Develop phased delivery roadmaps, including workstream structures and tool selections, for cross-functional teams to execute.
• Assess and prioritize automation opportunities by distinguishing high-impact wins from impractical solutions.
• Redesign operating models, roles, and governance processes for automated event triage and remediation.
• Lead client workshops and peer engagement to identify new business opportunities and support proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on multi-agent orchestration, AI risk assessment, and autonomous operation guardrails.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in a senior enterprise operations role such as Head of IT Operations or NOC Director (preferred).
• Hands-on experience deploying or operating AIOps tooling like Dynatrace, Moogsoft, BigPanda, PagerDuty, or Datadog (preferred).
• Experience in regulated industries requiring high governance and audit trails (preferred).
• Industry certifications in cloud operations, SRE, or AIOps platforms; familiarity with ITIL 4 (preferred).
