Scientist, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security joins the Agile Development Group to lead product development for advanced Unmanned Air Systems, radar systems, and weapon systems. This role involves hardware and software requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, management, verification, and validation of technical products. You will conduct component trade studies, system integration, and characterization of system performance while supporting technical and cost proposal efforts. Key responsibilities include applying systems security engineering methods to architecture, design, and integration of networks. You will utilize encryption technology, vulnerability analysis, and security management to develop secure systems. Required skills include mastery of Anti-Tamper requirements, DoD 5200.39, NIST 800-160, and RMF accreditation processes. You will also manage Certification and Accreditation documentation and interact with customers to define security protection needs and implementation strategies.

Apply systems security engineering methods to the architecture, design, development, and integration of networks and systems.
Define and implement security protection requirements with customers to ensure sustainable security authorization.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret security clearance.
Mastery level knowledge in systems security engineering, including architecture, design, development, and integration of secure systems and networks.
Experience using DoD 5200.39 to identify and protect critical program information.
Experience engineering trustworthy and secure systems in accordance with NIST 800-160.
Experience in DoD software selection and approval processes for COTS, GOTS, and FOSS.
Experience with Security Testing and Verification.
