What you'll do

  • Plan, configure, implement, and install mobile and fixed communications platforms.
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on SATCOM, VOIP, radio platforms, and data equipment.
  • Provide technical and customer support for LMR, SATCOM, 5G routers, and Windows terminals in the field.
  • Receive, transport, load, and configure communications security (COMSEC) keying material.
  • Develop and deliver training seminars on the operation and maintenance of secure communications platforms.
  • Document standard operating procedures, system updates, manuals, diagrams, and flow charts.
  • Manage inventory control documents and life cycle maintenance schedules for operational equipment.
  • Assist in logistics operations for the acquisition, relocation, and deployment of equipment.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Must have 3+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess CompTIA Security+ or DoDD 8140 IAT II Compliance.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting communications problems using spectrum analyzers, OTDR, and network traffic analyzers.
  • Must be available for travel within the continental United States for up to two weeks.
