Conduct classroom instruction on system analysis and troubleshooting for specific SATCOM radio groups.

Prepare, review, and customize lesson plans and instructor guides for traditional classroom teaching.
Perform training gap analyses and provide formal recommendations for course improvements.

What we're looking for
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
5+ years of related experience are required.
Skills in communication, teaching, and training programs are required.
Electronics Technician "A" School is required (preferred).
5 years of experience as a maintenance technician or operator with responsibility for teaching the applicable system or function task to others in an apprentice level training environment (preferred).
Experience as an instructor or facilitator in a Navy Training Environment, including curriculum maintenance and writing learning objectives (preferred).
Communications Area Supervisor, CSOOW, CSC, or prior instructor duty with NEC 805A/9502 are highly desired.
