Senior Manager, SAP Data Migration

What you'll do

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition programs.
• Define migration methodologies, tooling selections, and governance frameworks for large-scale, multi-wave data programs.
• Design data migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across functional domains.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers to ensure workstream consistency.
• Align with client data owners and IT stakeholders on data quality standards and cleansing strategies.
• Govern the configuration and usage of migration tools like SAP LTMC, BODS, SLT, or Syniti.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution while resolving real-time issues.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal practice-building activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• Minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling like LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, or SLT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Experience supporting the CMT Industry and/or clients specifically in the semiconductor sector.
• Bachelor's Degree, 12 years of work experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience.
