SAP Data Migration Manager Architect

What you'll do

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition scenarios.
• Define migration methodologies, tool selections, and governance frameworks for large-scale, multi-wave data migration programs.
• Design data migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across various functional domains.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Engage with client stakeholders to align on data quality standards, cleansing strategies, and sign-off processes.
• Govern the configuration and usage of migration tools such as SAP LTMC, BODS, SLT, or Syniti.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution while resolving real-time issues.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal practice-building activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• Minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, including at least 2 S/4HANA projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting migrations using tools like LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, or similar platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Associate's plus 6 years).
• SAP Certified Professional in S/4HANA System Conversion or Migration (preferred).
• Experience with Syniti, SNP CrystalBridge, Natuvion DPP, MDM frameworks, cloud migration, or Big 4 consulting (preferred).
