Senior Managing Data Migration

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies, including scope definition and risk management.
• Assess legacy data quality and define rules for cleansing, enrichment, and validation.
• Coordinate ETL processes and ensure accurate data mapping from legacy systems to SAP.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of data migration programs and scripts.
• Define and execute test plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules, and migration progress.
• Provide training and post-migration support to business users on migration tools and processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists to ensure project success.

What we're looking for

• Experience identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Experience collaborating with data owners and analysts to implement repeatable business processes for data governance.
• Experience working with Data Architects to synchronize changes with metadata strategies and logical data models.
• Experience leading technical delivery of SAP Business Intelligence solutions and aligning them with systems architecture.
• Experience working with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or PM and Master Data (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in Master data management with expertise in implementing SAP Master Data Governance (preferred).
• Experience in complex SAP environments support (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
