IT Architect Advisor, SAP Transformation and Delivery

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver sub-projects within the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap, including Master Data Governance and data migration solutions.
• Define end-to-end technical designs for integration, security, data, and environment strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage project lifecycles by establishing charters, delivery plans, risk logs (RAID), and success metrics.
• Oversee system integrators to ensure high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and compliance with scope requirements.
• Govern technical decisions and review artifacts like architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and validation evidence.
• Manage vendor performance, including contract oversight, invoice approvals, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Mitigate project risks by identifying delays or quality concerns and escalating them with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure all systems meet regulatory compliance and audit-ready standards for the medical device environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required (or 13+ years experience with an advanced degree).
• 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) strategy and implementation.
• Expertise in SAP integration patterns, middleware, and data flows.
• Knowledge of SAP security, authorizations, and compliance-driven controls.
• Proficiency in release management, testing strategy, cutover planning, and support transition.
• Experience as a technical architect and delivery leader on SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
