SAP SLO (DMLT, SNP, SLT) Consultant As an SAP data management specialist, you will join the team to design and execute system landscape transformation programs including mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs. You will utilize specific tools including DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, SLT, LTMC, and LTMOM. The role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration concepts and experience with functional areas such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP to solve complex data transformation challenges for clients.

What you'll do

Design and execute SAP SLO-based system landscape transformation programs including mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs.
Lead end-to-end data migration planning, analysis, and execution for SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems.
Configure and operate SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) for real-time data replication.
Define migration objects, transformation rules, and data mapping strategies with functional and technical teams.
Perform system analysis, data profiling, and gap assessments to identify and mitigate transformation risks.
Manage cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live execution for SLO-driven projects.
Advise client stakeholders on SAP SLO best practices, tool selection, and phased migration approaches.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SLO tools including DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, or SLT.
Minimum of 2 full end-to-end SAP system landscape transformation or data migration implementations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts and tools like LTMC/LTMOM.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP data structures across at least two functional areas.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (12 years for no degree; 6 years for Associate's).
SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional certification in S/4HANA Migration or related area (preferred).
Experience with SNP Cockpit, CrystalBridge, Natuvion, BTP, or consulting firm environments (preferred).
