What you'll do

Define and execute the SAP Ariba supplier enablement strategy aligned with Procure-to-Pay transformation goals.
Segment suppliers by complexity, volume, geography, and transaction type to establish onboarding waves and readiness criteria.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for suppliers across Ariba Network, Buying & Invoicing, and SLP modules.
Coordinate supplier communications, training sessions, and technical support to ensure successful go-live readiness.
Resolve supplier configuration issues and transaction errors in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
Track enablement KPIs such as onboarding progress, transaction success rates, and potential adoption risks.
Ensure all supplier transactions comply with tax, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
Standardize enablement playbooks and processes to reduce friction and improve the overall supplier experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba with a focus on supplier enablement.
Hands-on experience with Ariba Network onboarding and supplier transactions.
Proven delivery experience in large-scale Ariba or P2P implementations.
Strong stakeholder communication and issue-resolution skills.
Experience with global or multi-entity supplier onboarding (preferred).
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, and procurement operations (preferred).
Experience managing enablement vendors, offshore teams, or holding SAP Ariba certifications (preferred).
