What you'll do

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
  • Translate trade promotion functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
  • Lead architectural discussions with IT stakeholders regarding Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Oversee development teams to ensure delivery meets performance, quality, and architectural standards.
  • Design integrations between the Salesforce platform and ERP platforms or other enterprise data systems.
  • Optimize technical solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
  • Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
  • Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and overall performance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience.
  • Experience in solution and technical design for Trade Promotion Management.
  • Ability to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience designing integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
  • Proficiency in managing high-volume data processing and batch workloads.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
