What you'll do

Lead functional design for specific workstreams or capability areas within Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
Conduct design workshops with client business owners to translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
Configure and demonstrate Salesforce capabilities by building prototypes and running solution walkthroughs.
Make daily design decisions, document trade-offs, and escalate complex issues to senior architects.
Partner with technical leads to ensure designs are buildable and support sprint planning and defect triage.
Guide and review the work of functional analysts and configurators while providing quality oversight.
Participate in architecture governance by preparing materials and presenting workstream approaches during reviews.
Support testing, data migration, training, and deployment activities to drive user adoption post-go-live.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in functional design, business analysis, or solution consulting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services.
Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
A Bachelor's degree is acceptable if substituted by at least 12 years of work experience.
Knowledge of Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud data models and configuration (preferred).
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred).
