What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
  • Configure and customize nCino modules for Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Loan Origination.
  • Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Build and support integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes using tools like Git or Copado.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and production support activities.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
  • 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce Security Model.
  • Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Flosum.
  • Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or nCino Certifications (preferred); experience with FSC (preferred).
