The Salesforce FSC Business Analyst will join the team to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and optimized Salesforce solutions. This role involves leading requirement-gathering workshops and discovery sessions to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. You will partner with architects and developers to design solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture. Key responsibilities include leading UAT planning, test case development, defect management, and analyzing data models, integrations, reporting requirements, and KPIs. You must possess Financial Service Cloud knowledge and experience with gap analysis, system assessments, and security governance. The position requires proficiency in communicating progress and risks while supporting roadmap planning and change management within the specific context of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud implementations.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Partner with architects and developers to design solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture.
Manage UAT planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management to validate technical designs.
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to communicate progress, risks, and roadmap priorities.
Analyze data models, integrations, reporting requirements, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure data integrity.
Contribute to Salesforce security, governance, change management, and release management processes.
Create and maintain process maps, data models, and comprehensive system documentation.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience.
Financial Service Cloud knowledge is a must-have.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Experience performing gap analysis, impact analysis, and system assessments aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture.
Experience with UAT planning, test cases, test execution, defect management, data models, integrations, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, security, and governance.
Experience providing functional leadership across Salesforce initiatives involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud (preferred).
Experience creating and maintaining process maps, data models, and system documentation (preferred).
Experience supporting Salesforce configuration activities such as flows, validations, and page layouts (preferred).
