What you'll do

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling (65+ dials per day) to generate interest and secure meetings.
  • Qualify potential leads through targeted messaging and outreach tactics.
  • Partner with field sellers to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified prospects.
  • Track and manage prospect interactions using Salesforce and Google tools.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques for effective lead generation and qualification.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling.
  • Track record of exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and comfort working autonomously.
  • Creative outreach tactics for effective prospecting and engagement.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce and Google Apps.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to change, and accept feedback.
