What you'll do

Develop and execute integrated strategies to manage Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risks for critical systems.
Lead high-level risk assessments and internal control testing to identify vulnerabilities in development processes.
Direct the creation and execution of corrective action plans to address security gaps and compliance issues.
Manage risk data using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Strategic Portfolio Management applications.
Ensure all activities comply with DoW RMIC policy, including DoDI 5010.40 and the Statement of Assurance.
Monitor performance reports and oversee emplaced mitigation plans to ensure DCSA compliance.
Collect security data from legal business entities and prepare detailed correspondence regarding FOCI matters.
Conduct outreach with stakeholders to facilitate risk assessment processes and audit support requirements.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Must have 10 or more years of related experience.
A Master's degree with 12 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 17 years of experience is required as a substitute for the Master's.
Expertise in FOCI management strategies and DCSA compliance requirements is required.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Strategic Portfolio Management applications is required.
In-depth knowledge of DoD Instruction 5010.40 and the annual Statement of Assurance process is required.
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph.
