The Product Owner - Wholesale Credit Risk – Vice President joins the Wholesale Credit Risk team to modernize how the business manages risk by building a core platform. What you'll do

Translate stakeholder needs and user pain points into a prioritized product roadmap and vision.
Lead discovery and research to identify customer problems and convert insights into product opportunities.
Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Establish and analyze product success metrics to inform prioritization and iterative improvements.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies to drive the execution of timely, high-quality software releases.
Coordinate release management activities and ensure issues are tracked and remediated quickly.
Conduct governance reviews and implement plans for continuous service improvement.
Validate that new features meet specifications through testing support and stakeholder reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
7+ years of product management, product development, or closely related experience.
Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering or similar transformation work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.
Proven ability to lead through influence, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization.
Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, platform design, software architecture, and data analytics.
Working knowledge of system/software architecture concepts, including services, integrations, data flows, data models, and APIs.
Experience in large financial services organizations (preferred); basic domain knowledge in credit risk (preferred).
