What you'll do

Lead the development of system architectures and algorithm designs for complex multi-faceted systems.
Perform analysis, simulation, and implementation support for Software Defined Processing elements.
Develop algorithms and simulations using MATLAB or equivalent analytical tools.
Conduct laboratory testing using signal generators, digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and BERTs.
Manage requirements analysis and documentation throughout the full development lifecycle.
Utilize Git and other code revision management tools for software development.
Support the proposal development process for Department of Defense and joint research initiatives.
Implement complex modem and DSP circuits in software or programmable logic using FPGA devices.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 14+ years of experience, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience, or PhD with 10+ years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) and Communication systems architecture and analysis.
Proficiency in MATLAB or equivalent analytical tools for algorithm development, simulation, and documentation.
Proficiency in Software Defined Radios and Digital Signal Processing.
Practical laboratory skills using signal generators, digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, BERTs, and other measurement equipment.
Experience with requirements analysis, management, and code revision tools like Git.
U.S. citizens.
