What you'll do

Perform lab and field integration and testing for payloads, subcomponents, amplifiers, and antennas.
Test RF systems including power measurements, pulse response, synchronization, and environmental stress testing.
Develop test setups using spectrum and network analyzers to validate device performance.
Lead air vehicle integration efforts including EMI/interference testing and installed performance testing.
Validate system performance in close coordination with design and systems engineering teams.
Support flight test events and large-scale customer-facing validation exercises.
Communicate technical results and data analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Expertise in communications, sensors, and effector domains in RF-based systems like Radar, ESM, or EW.
Proven hands-on experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.
At least 2 years of experience in RF system integration and validation.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
Preferred experience with both analog and digital systems integration.
Preferred ability to develop software for automated testing and experience with simulation tools like MATLAB or Ansys HFSS.
