As a member of the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support clients in modernizing their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to establish vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes. You will manage risks, identify client challenges, and oversee deliverables while collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth. Your daily work involves identifying necessary skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, and analytics to facilitate digital transformations. The role requires expertise in finance operations such as Financial Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash, or Invoice-to-Pay. You will utilize tools including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, BPC, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion, Blackline, Workiva, and Trintech. Additionally, you will leverage technologies like AI/ML and GenAI to solve complex problems within the digital finance and CFO ecosystem.
Consult with internal and external teams to establish vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes for modernizing finance functions.

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of finance management consulting experience.
Minimum 3 years of functional experience in Finance operations such as Financial Close, Reporting, or Consolidations.
Minimum 2 years of experience with finance ERP/EPM platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or OneStream.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients and document requirements during workshops.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech Industrial, or Utilities.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Understanding of RPA, Applied Intelligence, Machine Learning, or GenAI for Finance (preferred).
Experience with specific FinTech solutions like Anaplan, Hyperion, Blackline, Workiva, or Trintech (preferred); MBA or accounting designation (preferred).
