The Research & Development Technology Management Analyst joins the Research and Development Technology Management team to enhance organizational efficiencies and technology management. This role focuses on designing and executing workflows that provide structure and visibility to priorities, processes, and performance measures. You will build repeatable standards, manage operational reporting, and support the adoption of AI tools to improve productivity. Key responsibilities include administering Planisware, overseeing SharePoint governance, and coordinating technology-related requests. You will utilize skills in data analytics, process development, and business intelligence to translate organizational needs into actionable information. Required competencies include experience with enterprise tools, systems coordination, and compliance. The role solves the business problem of aligning cross-functional initiatives and maintaining governance across complex technical and business environments to ensure consistent execution.
Coordinate organizational planning cycles, leadership meetings, and recurring business rhythms to establish priorities and milestones.
Develop and document standardized workflows, templates, and controls to improve operational consistency and accountability.
Evaluate and support the adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Provide day-to-day administration and user support for Planisware and other work-management platforms.
Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to provide visibility into organizational performance and metrics.
Serve as a coordination point for technology requests, including asset management, software needs, and access.
Manage SharePoint governance, site structure, and content maintenance to ensure accurate and accessible information.
Support compliance activities related to information lifecycle management and internal policy adherence.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting organizational operations, enterprise tools, technical administration, systems coordination, program/product management, or process improvement.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop, document, improve, and implement processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear summaries and materials for leadership audiences.
Ability to work independently, identify issues, organize ambiguous work, and use sound judgment.
Experience with governance, compliance, documentation, reporting, or policy-based processes.
Experience with Planisware, Google Workspace, Power BI, or SharePoint governance (preferred).
