Site Services Data Center Manager, Infrastructure Services

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of data center technicians and engineers to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage ticket triage, escalation pathways, and operational dashboard reporting to maintain strict SLA adherence.
• Oversee site space capacity and allocation for existing facilities and future footprint expansions.
• Manage maintenance and support for power, cooling, networking, and security systems.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with technical specifications and service level agreements.
• Lead incident management and change control processes to manage failure scenarios and ensure rapid service recovery.
• Optimize Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools to monitor equipment performance and environmental conditions.
• Participate in the sourcing and qualification of new data center locations based on operational requirements.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience managing or leading data center operations, including ticket queue management.
• Experience with DCIM tools and enterprise-level management tools like ServiceNow, APM, Splunk, Wrike, Quip, radar, and Ansible.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with copper and fibre cabling structures, cable infrastructure design, and labeling methodologies (preferred).
• Experience driving business continuity and disaster recovery planning (preferred).
• Certification in data center operations or a related field such as CDOM, CDFOM, CDCE, or CDCS (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and security systems (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage data center projects, remote vendor management, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
