Field Services Planner

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
• Forecast demand for both preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset uptime.
• Develop and maintain critical spares lists with specific stocking strategies for hazard zone deployments.
• Implement inventory control strategies such as min/max levels, safety stock calculations, and reorder points.
• Analyze part usage and failure rates to drive continuous improvement in material planning and reliability.
• Identify and expedite at-risk materials to resolve supply chain disruptions and prevent maintenance delays.
• Align inventory management practices with specific Operations & Sustainment contract requirements.
• Right-size inventory levels to reduce excess stock while mitigating risks of critical component stockouts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or MRO planning in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technical environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges in fast-paced, resource-limited environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
