What you'll do

Execute red and purple team engagements to validate client security controls and incident response.
Perform hands-on technical testing using custom tools to bypass AV, EDR, and other protections.
Conduct full exploitation and lateral movement within complex Active Directory and mixed Windows/Linux environments.
Design and operate red team infrastructure including C2 servers, redirectors, and payload delivery systems.
Develop comprehensive technical and executive reports to communicate findings and security strategies to stakeholders.
Lead small teams of testers and manage the delivery of staff assignments for specific projects.
Perform specialized testing on OT/ICS network perimeters and conduct phishing-based initial access simulations.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience using, administering, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
Experience scripting and programming in languages such as Python, Bash, C/C++, C#, Rust, Go, PowerShell, or Java.
Experience developing or modifying exploits, shellcode, or tools to evade EDRs.
Experience with security assessment tools including Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, Cobalt Strike, or Mythic.
Experience with Amazon cloud environments and technologies like IAM, EC2, VPC, EBS, S3, and Lambda.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
