What you'll do

  • Conduct realistic adversary simulations using threat intelligence to assess security and detection capabilities.

  • Develop custom tools and exploits tailored to DoorDash's unique technology stack for Red Team operations.
  • Escalate emerging threats to Blue Teams and assist in developing proactive defensive strategies.
  • Advise leadership on emerging security threats and contribute to shaping the company’s security strategy.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Red Teaming and Purple Teaming.
  • Deep, experiential knowledge of APT and insider threat tactics.
  • Experience building custom tools and exploits for unique tech stacks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, Rust, Kotlin, Java, or PowerShell.
  • Expertise in Command and Control (C2) frameworks and defense evasion techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership and strategic problem-solving.
