Red Team Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Conduct advanced adversary emulation operations against real-world targets and active network defenders.
• Lead a small team through the design, development, and execution of Red Team operations.
• Develop scenarios and artifacts that mimic real-world adversary groups for simulated testing.
• Improve team tradecraft, techniques, tactics, procedures, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Create comprehensive technical reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Provide support and mentorship to other Red Team operators.
• Manage the timely completion of post-operation technical reports and supporting activities.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience with Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, or tool development.
• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience is required in hands-on keyboard (HOK) operations and leading Red Team engagements.
• Experience is required in EDR evasion within MFA environments and using tools like Mythic, Cobalt Strike, or Sliver.
• Expertise is required in C2 frameworks, offensive infrastructure, Active Directory exploitation, and reverse engineering malware.
• Proficiency is required in OPSEC infrastructure (Docker, Redirectors) and exploit development in Windows or Linux.
