What you'll do

  • Conduct advanced adversary emulation operations against real-world targets and active network defenders.
  • Lead a small team through the design, development, and execution of Red Team operations.
  • Develop scenarios and artifacts that mimic real-world adversary groups for simulated testing.
  • Improve team tradecraft, techniques, tactics, procedures, infrastructure, and tooling.
  • Provide support and mentorship to other Red Team operators.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and executive reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Ensure post-operations technical reports and support activities are completed within required timelines.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience with Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, or tool development.
  • Experience with cyber hands-on keyboard (HOK) during multiple Red Team engagements, planning, and leading engagements.
  • Experience with EDR evasion in an MFA environment and common tools like Mythic, Cobalt Strike, or Sliver.
  • Experience with C2 frameworks, offensive infrastructure, cloud technologies, reverse engineering, Active Directory exploitation, and OPSEC infrastructure.
  • Experience with wireless/RF technologies, scripting in C#, C++, Python, or GO, and social engineering tactics (preferred).
