What you'll do

Design and optimize RF and mixed-signal PCBAs with a focus on interference mitigation.
Develop wireless testbeds to support system validation and document the execution of design verification.
Characterize EMI caused by internal and external aggressors using probes, shielding tests, and layout reviews.
Conduct lab and OTA testing for LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and UWB systems.
Perform EM simulations using tools like CST, HFSS, or ADS to drive informed design decisions.
Troubleshoot system-level desense and provide expertise on EMI mitigation strategies to partner teams.
Communicate technical challenges, gaps, and trade-offs clearly to engineers and executives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF, electromagnetics, or wireless systems.
6+ years of experience designing and testing RF hardware for mass-produced consumer products.
Expertise in RF fundamentals including front-end design, desense analysis, and system-level optimization.
Experience with high-speed digital interfaces such as MIPI CSI/DSI, PCIe, DDR, SDIO, and eMMC.
Proficiency with RF test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Expertise in desense mitigation techniques involving shielding, grounding, filtering, and root cause analysis.
Ability to perform EM simulations using tools such as CST, HFSS, or ADS.
Experience with wireless technologies including LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, GPS, and UWB.
