As a Radar Electronics Technician III, you will join the team to maintain advanced radar and electronic warfare training systems for the U.S. Army. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and testing complex radar, RF, mechanical, and computer systems. You will perform fault isolation to the lowest replaceable unit using advanced electronic test equipment while installing and validating hardware and software upgrades. The role involves conducting calibration, operational testing, and system acceptance testing, as well as operating and maintaining electronic warfare threat emitter systems during training events. To succeed, you must be proficient with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and digital multimeters. You will interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical publications to solve problems within the radar, C5ISR, aviation, and electronic warfare domains to ensure mission readiness.
