What you'll do

Support business operations and transformation programs for the Royalty and Payment Management function.
Analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Execute process improvement, automation, AI, and digital transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and monitor business performance.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including process maps, reports, and dashboards.
Manage project planning, execution, testing, and change management activities.
Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Leverage technology and AI capabilities to simplify workflows and create business value.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are required.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau), or business intelligence tools is preferred.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, or Continuous Improvement is preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow) and basic programming/automation skills are preferred.
