As a Data and Analytics - Quant Analytics Senior Associate, you will join the Data and Analytics team to lead the analytics book of work while collaborating with cross-functional partners in Finance, Customer Experience, Design, Software Engineering, and Product Ownership. You will build holistic insights by integrating customer, account, digital, financial, and operational data sets to inform strategic decision-making. Your daily responsibilities include importing, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources, identifying friction points in customer journeys, and implementing features within the collections journey. You will utilize Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau to interpret complex patterns while leveraging Snowflake, GOS, and AWS Athena for data extraction. The role focuses on solving problems within the collections journey and Document Services Operations by applying advanced analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and establishing key performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Integrate customer, account, digital, financial, and operational data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
Import, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for advanced modeling.
Scope and implement new features within the collections journey to improve experience and efficiency.
Identify customer interactions across channels to map journeys and pinpoint friction points.
Use Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze trends in complex datasets.
Create and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing key insights and actionable conclusions.
Translate business objectives into measurable analytics initiatives and measurement frameworks.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 4 years of experience building analytical solutions integrating multiple data inputs from diverse sources.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
Demonstrated technical expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and segmentation techniques.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence and analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
Self-sufficiency in querying and extracting data from enterprise databases and data lakes including Snowflake, GOS, and AWS Athena.
Experience developing financial business cases (preferred).
Operational knowledge of Document Services Operations or experience in consumer/retail banking (preferred).
