Quant Analytics Associate I, Regulatory Operations

What you'll do

• Interact with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for data analysis and automation.
• Develop and implement automation solutions from initial conception through final deployment.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to uncover business intelligence that optimizes daily operations.
• Lead simplification projects to improve user productivity through automation and self-service tools.
• Provide exploratory questions and insights to identify potential process improvement opportunities.
• Use data to create compelling stories that help stakeholders understand existing opportunities.
• Utilize Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Alteryx to build and manage data-driven solutions.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, SharePoint, Python, Snowflake, and AI/ML concepts.
• Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis and using data to tell compelling stories.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively to all levels of management.
• Strong exposure and understanding of LLM, ML, AWS, Snowflake, and API integration.
• Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions.
• Analytical thinking with excellent data analysis skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a self-directed manner with a strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency.
