What you'll do

Define and update the Starlink Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Provide training to SpaceX personnel regarding industry standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
Assess core business processes, systems, and products through a regular internal audit program.
Manage corrective and preventive action processes to address non-conformances and improve product quality.
Conduct internal audits, vendor/supplier audits, and coordinate with external auditing parties.
Identify high-risk quality issues in manufacturing and partner with stakeholders to mitigate those risks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing.
Thorough knowledge of the ISO family of standards, specifically ISO 9001.
ASQ-CQA-RAB certified lead auditor or equivalent training and hands-on assessment experience.
Experience with quality tools including root cause analysis, corrective actions, QMS, and statistical analysis.
Working knowledge of SQL and ability to construct or maintain Tableau metrics.
Strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
