What you'll do

Design and optimize wireless systems algorithms for link adaptation, power control, timing advance.
Simulate complex MAC layer scheduling algorithms to support joint user scheduling across multiple beams.
Analyze inter-cell interference issues on uplink and downlink, propose beam planning optimizations.
Run system level simulations to compare performance of different algorithms at all protocol stack layers.
Implement wireless communication algorithms in collaboration with software engineers for deployment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in wireless communication systems and 3GPP RAN protocols (4G/5G/6G).
Experience designing, implementing, and debugging MAC and PHY layer algorithms for cellular networks.
Proficiency in MATLAB with working knowledge of Python and/or C/C++.
Strong analytical skills and experience in performance optimization and data analysis.
