What you'll do

Develop and troubleshoot complex software solutions using non-conventional approaches to solve technical problems.
Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document code while ensuring security standards.
Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring code meets specific design constraints.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify patterns and drive improvements in system architecture and coding hygiene.
Develop visualizations and reporting from data to support the continuous improvement of software systems.
Implement automation capabilities across the Software Development Life Cycle to increase delivery speed and value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Experience in web UI, Native Mobile, and API test automation.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, troubleshoot, and refine code.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and security considerations.
Proficiency in one or more languages such as Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, Selenium, Python, or Playwright with Java.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD), application resiliency, and security.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (preferred).
Exposure to cloud technologies (preferred).
Experience in the Payments domain (preferred).
Demonstrated knowledge of technical processes in areas like cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile (preferred).
