What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.

Experience building RESTful and event-driven microservices using Spring Boot and Cloud.
Knowledge of asynchronous communication using messaging or streaming systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Ability to design and optimize data models in relational or NoSQL databases while managing consistency and replication.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience integrating with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture (preferred).
Working knowledge of Co-Pilot (preferred).
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (preferred).
Exposure to cloud technologies (preferred).
